This photo was taken under very dim light, the only light source was black-light. The colors you see are original and they are small phosphorous paint particles. No tripod was used but the ISO was high enough. Alice’s World is now one of the most well known portrait in deviantart (http://kokdemir.deviantart.com/gallery/?q=alice#/d38c5fo) with over 500 favorites and nearly 2000 views.
